Do I need an account to use the AI study tools?

Yes — an account is needed so your documents, decks and history can be saved to you. The calculators, typing test, PDF tools and writing tools work without an account.

Which file types can I upload?

PDF, DOCX, PPTX, TXT and Markdown, up to 30 MB. Scanned PDFs that contain images instead of selectable text cannot be read without OCR.

Yes, the free plan includes 10 AI generations per month. Premium is available if you need more generations, larger documents and extra features.

Can I trust the AI output?

Treat it as a study aid. It is generated from your document, but you should always check the material against your notes and course content.

What you get

Structured AI study notes with headings, key terms and summaries
Flashcard decks you can flip through or quiz yourself on
Practice tests with multiple choice, true/false and short answer questions
Quiz mode with instant feedback after every answer
Study guides with learning objectives and a revision checklist

How the AI study suite works

Add your material: a PDF, DOCX, PPTX, TXT or Markdown file, or pasted text.
The text is read in your browser, then sent securely for generation.
Pick what you need — notes, flashcards, a practice test, a quiz or a study guide.
Save the result to your library and revisit it any time from your history.

Why generating from your own notes works better

Study material is only useful when it matches what your lecturer will actually test. Because every deck, test and guide is built from the document you uploaded, the wording, terminology and emphasis stay close to your course. AI-generated study material should still be checked against your course material before you rely on it.

How to use active recall with AI material

Read your generated notes once to get the structure, then close them.
Answer the flashcards or quiz from memory before checking the answer.
Mark anything you got wrong and re-test only those cards the next day.
Finish a topic with a full practice test under timed conditions.
