How to use the grade calculator
- Add a row for each assessment and give it a name.
- Enter the mark you got and the mark it was out of.
- Enter the weight of that assessment as a percentage of the module.
- Read your current weighted grade, then use "What do I need?" to plan the rest.
Worked example
Test 1 80/100 at 20%, Assignment 70/100 at 30% and Exam 75/100 at 50% gives (80 × 0.2) + (70 × 0.3) + (75 × 0.5) = 16 + 21 + 37.5 = 74.5%.
